At Quikka Shippa Shipping, we are dedicated to providing a reliable and efficient delivery process to ensure your packages reach you promptly and safely. Please review our delivery policy below for important details about how we handle and deliver your packages.

Package Handling & Shipping Schedule

We ship packages from the U.S. to Jamaica five times per week. Once your package arrives in Jamaica, it will be processed for pickup or delivery based on your preference.

Notification of Package Arrival

When your package arrives in Jamaica and is ready for pickup or delivery, we will:

Update your account with the package status.
Notify you via WhatsApp message or phone call to schedule your delivery.

Delivery Days & Hours

We operate on the following delivery schedule:

Mondays: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Thursdays: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Delivery days may vary slightly depending on demand or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to the following areas:

Kingston
St. Catherine

For customers outside these areas, we send packages via Knutsford Express to parishes across Jamaica. Knutsford Express delivery times will depend on their schedule and logistics.

Scheduling Delivery

To ensure a smooth delivery process:

Confirm your availability during our delivery hours when contacted by our representative.
Provide clear instructions for delivery, including any necessary details about the drop-off location.

Additional Information

Missed Deliveries: If you are unavailable at the scheduled delivery time, please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule.
Knutsford Express Pickup: For packages sent via Knutsford Express, customers are responsible for collecting their package from the designated terminal.
